Returns & Exchanges Policy

Studio Monet accepts returns and exchanges for orders shipped within Ohio. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
• Custom or personalized crochet items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
